Terms and Conditions

Offer includes a 50% discount on the price of your children’s room. The 50% discount for the second room is calculated based on the average nightly price booked with the flexible rate, subject to availability. The invoice will show a 25% discount on each room.
The reservation must include at least one child up to 15 y. o. included.
Children in the 2nd room are under their parents’ responsibility. The two rooms will not necessarily have connecting doors (subject to hotel availability).
The price stated does not include local taxes, extras or gratuities (which must be settled directly with the hotel) and may vary according to dates and the hotel’s general terms and conditions.
A minimum of two rooms and a maximum of six rooms per reservation is required.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card valid at the date of the start of your stay, unless otherwise specified.
Cancellation policy varies depending on the hotel. If the reservation is not canceled on time, the guest will be charged for the first night.
Children policy and benefits may vary by hotel, please refer to the conditions of sale for each hotel at the time of booking.
If the second room is cancelled, the customer will no longer be able to take advantage of the Family offer discount on the second room, and the parents’ room will be charged at the flexible rate. This offer does not apply to groups and may not be combined with other offers.
